We’re looking for a Community Manager ready to help us spread our mission and engage our audience in meaningful ways.

This is a full-time position, working from home.

Starting date: as soon as possible.

What you’ll do:

• Help build and nurture a community aligned with Almo Nature’s and the Fondazione’s mission and values
• Interact daily with our community and brand ambassadors
• Provide thoughtful customer care
• Find relevant news, content, and activist initiatives to share with the community
• Develop relationships with like-minded organisations
• Assist in website updates and maintenance
• Translate content to tailor it for the German audience 

Your Profile:

• Based in Germany, willing to travel for work
• Fluent in German (C2 level) as well as in English - additional languages like French, Dutch, or Spanish are a plus
• Proven experience in community management, translation, and copywriting (minimum 3 years)
• Excellent writing skills with an engaging and impactful tone
• Passionate about biodiversity, nature, and animal welfare
• Active in environmental or animal welfare causes - professionally, on a volunteer base or personally
• Detail-oriented, people-focused, and great at building relationships

Individual compensation will be determined by skills, qualifications, experience
