Signed the deed of incorporation

Almo Nature will officially be donated to the Fondazione Capellino in July once the bureaucratic process and legal paperwork is complete.
The Fondazione Capellino has the sole purpose of safeguarding biodiversity and protecting dogs and cats.
The donation will retroactivity include all the net profits from the sale of Almo Nature products backdated to the 1 January 2018. These proceeds and all future net profits will be used by the Foundation to protect animals and biodiversity.
Almo Nature is in fact “owned by the animals”. The Fondazione will continue the animal protection and conservation activities already in place as part of Almo Nature’s ‘aLmore’ initiative and will work to develop new solidarity projects to protect nature for generations to come.
